洪静芳，安徽医科大学副校长，二级教授，博士生导师，博士后合作导师，安徽省级教学名师，安徽省人社厅海外引进人才。2006年先后获得泰国玛希隆大学公共卫生管理硕士、协和医学院护理学硕士、2010年获得泰国清迈大学护理学博士学位（美国中华医学会全额奖学金资助，PhD）。2017-2018年在美国华盛顿大学访学。2018年12月至今担任教育部高等学校护理学类教学指导委员会委员。

主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、中央引导地方科技专项、国家留学基金委国际合作项目、留学回国人员科研启动项目等科研课题12项；主持安徽省高校重大教改项目和重点教研项目各1项，主持获批安徽省科学技术奖1项、安徽省教学成果奖一等奖和二等奖各1项。主编、副主编及参编规划教材十余部、主编科普专著两部。

研究方向：慢性病管理、肿瘤社会心理康复。
