
个人简介:2024年就职于安徽医科大学公共卫生学院出生人口健康教育部重点实验室,副教授,硕士研究生导师,中国营养学会肥胖防控分会委员。研究工作聚焦食源性功能因子及其在调控代谢稳态中的作用、食品污染物如微塑料、杂环胺在儿童群体中的暴露特征及其对儿童成长的健康风险与危害机制。目前,在Journal of Hazardous Materials,Food and Function,Food Hydrocolloids等国际期刊发表论文20余篇。
