个人简介：王素芳，女，教授，硕士生导师，注册营养师。研究方向：从生命历程的角度阐明营养与慢性代谢性疾病的关系。研究发现：生命早期营养不良、成年后体重增加过多及不健康的膳食模式、高体脂含量、低肌肉含量等均显著增加中老年人群营养相关慢性疾病的风险，且生命早期营养不良与成年期高盐高脂膳食对营养相关慢性疾病的影响存在交互作用，这在一定程度上解释了目前我国中老年人慢病高发的原因。先后主持省部级、国家级项目10余项。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇、中文核心期刊论文30余篇。已指导毕业硕士研究生40多名。讲授博士课程《营养与疾病研究方法》、硕士课程《临床营养学》、本科生《营养与食品卫生学》等。
